SHARLENE'S SUPPER 
1 lg. hamburger
1 onion
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning salt
1/4 milk
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. instant brown gravy
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1/2 box Velveeta cheese
Pepper (dried green pepper, optional)
2 c. frozen peas (thawed)

Brown hamburger with onion and Worcestershire sauce and seasoning salt. Drain grease off into noodle water. Mix brown gravy with water, then add to beef and let set. Cook wide egg noodles and drain.

In microwave, melt Velveeta cheese and milk. When melted, pour over drained noodles and mix. Add oregano, green pepper, and anything else you like. Combine meat, noodles, peas, and sour cream. Cover, then put in oven on 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir a couple of times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
