HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. water
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cubed potatoes
1 bay leaf
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. cut up carrots
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes

In large saucepan, cook and stir meat until brown. Drain off fat. Cook and stir onion with meat until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. May be frozen.
