TURKEY MARSALA 
1 lb. turkey cutlets
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
Garlic salt
1/2 c. marsala
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Lemon wedges

Sprinkle cutlets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Combine flour with Parmesan. Dredge cutlets in flour mixture. In large skillet combine oil and butter. Fry about 30 seconds each side and sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix Marsala and lemon juice and pour over meat. Simmer 3-4 minutes and serve. Garnish with lemon wedges.
