TATER NUGGET HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen potato nuggets
1 1/2 c. cheese of choice, shredded

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion, drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and spices. Spoon into ungreased 10 x 12 or 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle on cheese; top with potato nuggets. You'll have some left over (I line them in even rows.) Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until bubbly and nuggets are golden brown.

VARIATION: Tomato soup and corn or try a soup of your choice and your favorite vegetable.
