CREAM CHEESE LOGS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar

Mix these together well.

2 loaves of thin sliced white bread
1/4 c. brown sugar
Cinnamon

Cut off crust on bread and roll bread real thin with a rolling pin. Spread the filling on bread and roll tight. Pinch the ends shut. Cut in half and pinch these ends shut. Dip in melted butter and roll in a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon until coated well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet. You can make them and freeze them until you want to use them. Great for Christmas.
