TUNA/CREAM CHEESE LOG 
1/2 c. parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt and/or pepper

Place 2 tablespoons parsley in a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Season to taste. Sprinkle remaining parsley on a sheet of wax paper. Roll tuna/cheese mixture into a log or ball. Roll log in parsley to coat evenly. Wrap in wax paper and then in foil. Chill. Serve with favorite crackers.
