CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. cranberries
1 whole orange
2 pkgs. Jello (strawberry or cherry)
1 c. sugar
2 red apples
3 1/2 c. warm water

Grind cranberries and unpeeled oranges and apples. Cover with 1 cup sugar. Let stand overnight. In the morning, dissolve Jello and when it begins to congeal, add other mixture. Serve on lettuce or lettuce leaves with mayonnaise or whipped cream.
