CRAN/RASPBERRY MOLD 
2 c. cranberry juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1/2 c. apple wine
1 c. pineapple tidbits with juice
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped celery

Bring cranberry juice to a boil. Dissolve Jello in juice. Add apple wine and pineapple with juice. Cool slightly and add apples and celery. Put in mold and refrigerate.
