CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 can lump crab meat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. capers with juice
Dash of salt and pepper
2 slices American cheese
Pastry baking shells

Mix gently all ingredients, except cheese. Fill baking shells and mound. Place cross strips of cheese on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
