CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water

Set until congealed.

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef OR 2 (5 oz.) cans turkey or chicken
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. pimento, diced
2 tbsp. green bell pepper, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip (or little more)

Pour hot water over corned beef, drain in sieve to take off fat.

Mix all together and mold. Serve on lettuce leaf.

Serves 9.
