FRESH TOMATO RELISH 
2 qts. chopped tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. onion, chopped

Mix the above ingredients with 1/4 cup salt and let drain for 10-12 hours. I use large strainer. Mix: 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. mustard seed

Pour into the tomato-vegetable mixture. Stir and pour in containers and store in refrigerator. Will keep up to 6 weeks if you don't eat it first.
