1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (3 3/4 oz.)
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ground mace
Grated rind of one orange

Combine all ingredients and beat with mixer until batter is smooth and fluffy. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until cake feels firm to the touch when pressed lightly. Cool on a rack before cutting into slices.
