SPAGHETTI SUPREME 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions & tops or Spanish onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Brown beef, onions and green peppers in a large skillet. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Beat cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Spread 1/2 of spaghetti in a 13 x 9 inch pan, top with cheese mixture, then add remaining spaghetti. Drizzle melted butter over all. Cover with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8.
