2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cold water
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients well, beating well. Bake at 350 degrees.
