LIVER PARMESAN 
Calves liver, sliced very thin
Grated Parmesan cheese
Butter
Sour cream, lightly salted
Green onion tops, chopped

Dredge liver with Parmesan cheese, shaking off excess. Saute gently in butter. When done, remove from pan and top each slice with a spoonful of sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped onion tops.
