CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
4 chicken breasts
1 or 2 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. jar mushrooms
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. water

Cook chicken in microwave on high for 20 minutes until cooked. When chicken is cooled break up the chicken in bite size pieces or however you prefer. Saute onions, green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 or 20 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
