BANANA NUT BREAD 
4 to 5 ripe bananas
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. maple syrup
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Cream bananas and butter, egg and maple syrup. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Slowly stir in banana mixture. Add nuts. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees then 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
