BOURSIN CHEESE 
2 cloves garlic
8 oz. unsalted butter
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. chives
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill

Blend above ingredients in blender. Use as spread on crackers. Freezes well.
