SPICY PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, shredded
1 c. pineapple, crushed
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla until foamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Gently add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, nuts and raisins. Pour into two 9 x 5 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
