DONNA'S POTATO BURGERS 
8 med. hamburger patties
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. slightly cooked diced potatoes
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. tomato sauce

Flatten patties. Drain potatoes and mix with onion, parsley, salt, pepper and 1/4 can tomato sauce. Spoon mixture onto 4 hamburger patties. Place the other 4 patties on top and press together around edges to seal the potato mixture. Put oil in skillet and get hot. Place burgers in and brown on one side. Turn burgers and pour remaining tomato sauce over. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
