TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Vegetable dill

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Brown, grill or broil as you would a beef burger.
