HERB BREAD 
1 lg. loaf French bread, split lengthwise
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Pinch of marjoram
Salt and pepper
3 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter, add garlic, basil, oregano, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture over cut sides of bread. Layer Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese. Put bread together. Wrap in foil and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more until crusty. Slice on diagonal and serve.
