1 lb. hamburger Frito Lay corn chips (dip size) 1 sm. block Velveeta cheese 1 can diced "Rotel" tomatoes 1 chopped bell pepper Jalapeno peppers (to taste) 1 chopped tomato 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Scramble hamburger meat, season and drain. Pour Rotel tomatoes in pot and start cooking. Add Velveeta cheese to diced Rotel tomatoes, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Layer chips, jalapeno peppers, chopped bell pepper, hamburger meat and chopped tomatoes in casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over chips and bake just long enough for everything to melt together. Top with sour cream. |
