STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed & chopped or 1 qt. fresh, cut in half

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients; add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool loaves in pans for about 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks. Yield: 2 loaves.
