SQUASH SQUARES 
1 lb. cut yellow squash
1/2 c. onion
1 1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/2 tbsp. seasoning salt
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook squash and onion. Mix butter, Bisquick and eggs in separate bowl. Combine all ingredients. Pour into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Cool before cutting.
