CURRIED CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked, boned, and split into 4ths
1 bunch broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated processed cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Have chicken cooked and ready (simmer it tender in a small amount of salted water, with a slice of lemon, onion, and celery stalk). Cook broccoli until almost tender. Place it in a buttered 2 quart baking dish and top with chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise, evaporated milk, cheese, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs over sauce. Bake until hot (about 25- 30 minutes) at 350 degrees.

Note: Progresso seasoned bread crumbs work well.
