GLAZED WALNUTS 
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 to 3 walnuts

Boil first 4 ingredients together, stirring to a soft ball stage (236 degrees on candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts and stir until creamy. Turn out quickly onto wax paper and separate nuts. (Try mixture in cold water like fudge.)
