WALNUT GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 orange
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. butter

Scrub potatoes and cook in small amount of salted water 20 to 30 minutes, until tender. Drain and cool. Peel and cut in thick slices Cut unpeeled orange into thin slices. Arrange potato and orange in casserole dish. Sprinkle each layer with sugar and walnuts. Dot with butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
