CRUSTY CHEESE AND ONION SUPPER 
1/4 lb. sliced bacon
1 lightly baked 10-inch pie shell
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1/2 c. Grapenuts
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. canned milk
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper and crumble into bottom of pie shell. Saute onions in bacon drippings until tender and slightly browned; then drain on paper.

Combine cereal, eggs, canned milk, milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir in onions; pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until top is browned and puffed. Makes 6-8 servings. Serve with tossed salad.
