TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
Clove of garlic (med. size), crushed
Salt & pepper (just a little)
Ginger, grated (just a little)

Marinate overnight or for several hours. Bake in sauce at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours; turn at least once. Remove from sauce and place under broiler for just a couple of minutes. I use the large Tupperware to marinate these, flip-flopping it several times.
