WILLIAM'S GOURMET DIP 
3 avocados, mashed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Finely chopped tomatoes
Bacon bits

Mix all ingredients. Top with finely chopped tomatoes and bacon bits. Serve with corn chips. Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
