AMERICANIZED TORTELLINI SALAD 
In a small bowl mix:

8 oz. pkg. frozen tortellini
1/2 lb. fully cooked sausage
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Chopped pickles, cheese, black olives (opt.)
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 sticks celery, chopped
1/2 c. frozen peas

Cook tortellini for 8 minutes or according to package directions. Cool. Cook the frozen peas for four minutes. Mix all ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
Pinch of basil
Few grains pepper
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Pinch of salt
2 pinches instant garlic

Mix dressing; pour over tortellini mix. Chill.
