CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 cabbage, sliced thin
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 can of water
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper
oregano
Romano grated cheese
Parmesan grated cheese

Fry hamburger in skillet with onion and green pepper until hamburger color changes. Add 1 tablespoon oregano. In greased pan, place 1/2 can of water, then put layer of cabbage, meat mixture, tomato soup and Parmesan cheese. (Use equal amounts of cabbage and hamburger.) Repeat the layers, then top with Romano and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 325°F or 350°F approximately 1 hour.
