RIGATONI "CAPRI" 
1 (15 oz.) jar Buitoni Marinara Sauce
1 pkg. Buitoni Rigatoni #31
3 tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 jar grated Buitoni Parmesan or Romano cheese (optional)

Saute' chopped garlic and parsley in oil. Add can of tuna and break up with a fork. Saute' an additional 5 minutes. Add jar of Buitoni sauce. Simmer until hot. Cook Buitoni Rigatoni as per package directions. Drain well and top with tuna sauce mixture. Sprinkle with your favorite Buitoni grated cheese (optional). Makes 5 (7 ounce) servings. Salt and pepper to taste.
