1 (2 lb.) bag frozen potato chunks
1 can mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix, place into casserole dish. Melt 1 stick of butter. Crumble 1 cup of Post Toasties on top. Pour melted butter over the Post Toasties. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly on top.
