EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw brown rice (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Bordeaux wine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Chicken pieces

In 9 x 13 inch pan moisten rice with mushroom soup, wine, chicken soup and celery soups. Stir together so rice is moist. Cut up fryer chicken or pieces desired, place over rice mixture. Drip melted butter over top and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours uncovered. Water an be used in place of wine, but not as good. Sherry, sauterne, can also be used. Serves 6 to 8.
