RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Campbell's chicken broth (10 1/2 oz. can only) 1 c. raw rice (long grain) Pepper to taste No Salt Saute onion and bell pepper in butter (Promise). Add soup mix and heat. Turn off heat. Add rice. Mix well. Pour in a covered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Stir at least 4 times while baking. This is a good side dish with chicken. |
