EASY HUSHPUPPIES 
2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
2 tbsp. grated onion

Beat eggs. Add cornbread mix, onion and enough corn to make a thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil where fish were fried. Drain on paper towel. If too hot for your taste, substitute 1 plain corn bread mix for 1 of the Mexican mixes.
