EGG PIE CRUST 
1 lb. lard
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Milk

Mix with clean hands the flour, lard, baking powder and salt. Then break eggs in a cup, fill cup with milk and add to flour mixture. When rolling out, flour board and pastry lightly. Makes 5 crusts.

Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or longer until done.
