GREEN TOMATO PIE 
4 peeled and sliced green tomatoes
2 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice tomatoes. Fill lined pie pan with slices. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with top crust.

Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Try it. It's really good.
