GREEN APPLE PIE 
2 cups slice Granny Smith apples
1 cup sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 tbsp. lemon concentrate
1 stick of butter melted
1 egg, beat with fork

Mix all ingredients together, pour into prepared pie shell, sprinkle with cinnamon, top with pie crust, cut slits in top of crust.

Bake 10 minutes at 400°F then 40 minutes at 350°F or until browned.
