DIABETIC PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
2 eggs
7 reg. tsp. Sweet and Low
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2/3 c. skim milk

Mix dry ingredients all together, then add to pumpkin mix, beat eggs, and milk all together. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
