MARINATED COLESLAW 
8 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 c. shredded carrots
1/8 c. chopped green pepper
1/8 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine cabbage, carrots, celery and green pepper. Mix all other ingredients in a blender. Pour over cabbage, mixing together. Coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
