EGG DUMPLINGS 
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 well beaten eggs
2 tbsp. milk

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs with milk together add to flour mixture and mix well. Drop into 3 cups of broth and let simmer for 15 minutes and do not peek.
