ANGEL SALAD | |
1 can pineapple, crushed 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 small jar cherries, chopped 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp. water 2 c. mini marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Reserve some pineapple juice. Add all ingredients except pineapple. Cook and let thicken. Add pineapple (crushed), pecans, marshmallows and cherries. Then fold in Cool Whip. |
