ANGEL HASH SALAD 
Sauce:

2 tsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. whipped cream

Cook together until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Add whipped cream. Pour over fruit mixture.

Salad:

2 c. apples, sliced
5 bananas, sliced
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. nuts
cherries (to garnish)

Marshmallows and grapes may be added if desired.
