SEAFOOD ORIENTAL 
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 pkg. broccoli flowerettes
1 celery stalk
1 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 carrots, grated or cut very thin
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. sweet basil
3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
1 jar sweet and sour sauce

Cut peppers into strips and stir fry in olive oil for about 10 minutes. Add garlic, celery (cut in small pieces diagonally) and onions (slice in large round slices).

Add shrimp, scallops, grated carrots, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Pour teriyaki sauce over and stir fry for about 10 minutes. Add broccoli and sweet and sour sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
