SEAFOOD POTPOURIE 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1 lb. lobster meat
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
1 tbsp. each: curry powder, salt and pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute mushrooms, pepper, onion and celery in butter. Combine rice and all seafood and sauteed vegetables in a large three quart casserole. Add curry powder, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and Worcestershire, mix well. Bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees. Prepare ahead if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
