FUDGE MINT SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/4 c. creme de menthe (1 tsp. peppermint extract may be substituted)

In medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, butter; cut into small pieces, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil, about 5 to 8 minutes. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate; beat with wire whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
