FRUIT SALAD 
2 firm med. apples, cored and cubed
2 bananas, halved lengthwise, cut into 1 inch pieces
8 dried apricots, coarsely chopped
4 dried, pitted prunes, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. raisins
3 to 5 heaping tbsp. plain yogurt or fruit flavored
1/2 tbsp. honey
Dash of nutmeg to taste
1 to 2 tsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped toasted almonds

Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. Stir in juice to taste. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, gently mix in almonds.

I omit the almonds because they get soft if you have any leftover.
